Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Overview

Drive Audio Player is a free, browser-based tool that lets you stream audio files from your own Google Drive. By using this app you agree to these terms.

Google Drive access

This app does not require a Google account or sign-in. It accesses Google Drive using a read-only API key against folders you have explicitly shared as "Anyone with the link can view." You are responsible for ensuring your folder's sharing settings are appropriate. We never see, store, or transmit your Drive content.

Acceptable use

You may only use this app to play audio files that you own or have the legal right to access. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright law and Google's Terms of Service.

No warranties

This app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees of uptime, continued availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this app, including loss of data or access to your Drive files.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
